HOA HOMEFRONT: Addressing short-term rentals

Q. With the issue of renting by the day/week becoming red hot in the San Diego market, can an HOA amend its bylaws/CC&R’s to say rentals (must be) be a minimum of one month or longer? As it stands now there is no language about rentals of any kind.  Read the Q&A…………….
