Homeowner claims HOA yanked rose bush she couldn’t care for while fighting cancer (NC)

A Charlotte homeowner is upset after she said her Home Owners Association went on her property and ripped out her beloved rose bushes. Waunetta Scherich turned to WBTV with her frustrations.  “My roses were beautiful. I had lots of compliments on them,” she said.  Rose bushes used to frame her home on both sides.
