Homeowner says proper building inspections may have helped prevent nightmare (FL)

A Hillsborough County homeowner is speaking out about a problem you could soon be dealing with: County building inspectors not doing a thorough job…….. An engineering report was prepared on behalf of the homeowner’s association.
