Helena (AL) homeowner fears underground stream causing sinkholes

Culp said there appears to be an underground water source creating sinkholes on his property.  Most of his backyard is now excavated, with heavy digging machinery parked near his driveway.   His homeowner’s association has sent him a cease and desist letter, ordering him to stop all of the work on his property, since he did not get the proper permission first.   Read the article…………..
