Grand Island Homeowners Association moves forward with lawsuit against Lee County (GA)

After weeks of speculation, the Grand Island Homeowners Association has filed a lawsuit aimed at stopping the development of a new $50 million hospital in Lee County.  Homeowners association president John Ricketson informed The Herald late Tuesday afternoon that the organization’s attorney, David Orlowski of the Lee Durham LLC law firm, had filed the suit in Lee County Superior Court Monday evening.    Read the article……………
