Homeowners Association in Natomas Sparks Anger (CA)

A grassroots effort is underway in Natomas to possibly take down a homeowners association because of too many ticky-tack policies.  At the center of the controversy is the Natomas Park Community Center. The homeowners association is asking residents to vote on whether or not they want a renovation of that facility to the tune of $11.5 million.
