Homeowners association won’t allow father of soldier to hang flag on front door (PA)

A Reading man, Pennsylvania, and father of a soldier is fighting for his right to fly an American flag on his front door after questioning his homeowner association about their rule.  Russell Diesinger might be in a battle with the Homeowner’s Association but if you take a look at the entrance to his community you can see a handful of American flags put there to show support.    Read the article…………….
