Homeowners banned from The Refuge Country Club (AZ)

Some Refuge Property Owner Association members may have to hit the links elsewhere after they were recently banned from the Refuge Golf and Country Club.  The announcement is the most recent fallout from the Refuge POA’s seven-year legal battle with RGCC owners Jerry and Cindy Aldridge who are operating under an entity called City Center Executive Plaza. Litigation began over a proposed RV park on the golf course, which homeowners opposed citing property value and neighborhood safety concerns.    Read the article………….
