Homeowners group sues over Tres Lagunas Fire (NM)

The Tres Lagunas Homeowners Association is suing the Mora-San Miguel Electric Cooperative and Tri-State Generation and Transmission Inc., claiming negligence on the part of the two entities caused the Tres Lagunas Fire, which destroyed tens of thousands of acres of forest in the Pecos Canyon area during the summer of 2013.   Read the article…………
