Homeowners vote to end Hargray bulk agreement (SC)

Homeowners in the Mill Creek at Cypress Ridge subdivision have voted to end “confidential bulk service” agreements requiring them to pay for bundled phone and internet services.  The vote is related to litigation filed by the homeowners association against subdivision developer D.R.
