Homeowners unhappy with Poker Flat (CA) board member

A section of lakefront common area in the Shores of Poker Flat subdivision is at the center of a dispute between homeowners association members and the association board, particularly Vice President Jerry Brock.  The property in question is approximately 2,950 square feet of lakefront land owned by the homeowners association, and referred to in documents as Lands of Lake Tulloch Corp.  Brock constructed a dock and dock facilities approximately 30 years ago that encroached on the common area in question without the association’s permission, according to a notarized real estate transaction document recorded last summer.    Read the article………
