The Ontario Government has announced the appointment of first directors to serve on the boards of the Condominium Authority of Ontario and the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario. These two authorities will be responsible for ensuring that once proclaimed in force, the provisions of the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015 and the Condominium Management Services Act, 2015 are enforced.    Read the article……………
