Increased sentence for strata manager who stole (Australia)

A strata manager who defrauded his clients of more than $67,000 has had his sentence increased on appeal but has avoided jail.  Jason Christopher Hext, of Strataco Strata Pty Ltd, was sentenced to 12 months’ jail in April, after being found guilty of embezzling funds from the trust accounts of seven strata plans.    Read the article…………
