Is management association responsible for overgrown trees?

Q: I have lived in a gated community in Martin County since 1996. The developer of the community did all of the plantings, trees, shrubs and some perennials. According to our bylaws the association is responsible for trimming the trees, shrubs they planted, and mowing and maintaining the lawns, all of the lawns.   Read the Q&A…………..
