Judge reverses Poinciana (FL) master board’s decision over finances, management company

On Monday a court reversed a decision by the community’s master board to fire the community management company and move its money to a separate account.  Poinciana includes roughly 2,300 homes, but its master board is divided.  The dispute led to protests and landed in Polk County Court.   Read the article………..
