Judge rules against homeowner in solar panel case (MO)

For more than two years, Scott Hausman has fought a legal battle to keep a solar panel system installed at his home in the Lake at Twelve Oaks subdivision.  The battle ended Tuesday with another judgment against Mr. Hausman.
