KFOX14 (TX) Investigates: Residents fed up with deteriorating neighborhood

Trash, boarded up houses and abandoned playgrounds. These are just some of the living conditions in the Oasis Ranch Neighborhood in east El Paso.  Some residents told KFOX14 Investigates they’ve stopped paying their Homeowner’s Association fees in protest and will continue to not pay until the neighborhood is cleaned up and safe again.     Read the article……….
