Lakeside landslide going nowhere (CA)

Houses continue to crumble at Lakeside Heights as the unstable land beneath them steadily slides down onto Hill Road, yet deciding who’s responsible seems to be an uphill battle. Neither Lake County nor the Lakeside Heights Homeowners Association claim responsibility for the damage done to the north Lakeport subdivision, where at least seven of the 29 homes have been red-tagged by the county.    Read the article………….
