Landmark subdivision residents to form RID for roads (MT)

A subdivision in the Belgrade area is in preliminary stages of vetting residents on whether they would support a designation to collect fees for future road maintenance costs.  Landmark subdivision Homeowner’s Association proposed the area be designated as a Maintenance Rural Improvement District. This would require residents in the subdivision to pay an annual fee to a road maintenance account that would be used to offset costs for future repairs.    Read the article…………….
