Law allows ‘emotional support animals’ no matter size or breed

Q: Our governing documents limit the size of dogs to no more than 30 pounds and prohibit pit bulls. We have a person that is seeking to lease a home and they have a huge pit bull dog. The person claims the dog is an emotional support animal and has a doctor’s note prescribing the dog. Do we have to allow the pit bull?    Read the Q&A………….
