Lawsuit alleges misappropriation by association at Kings Grant in Evesham (NJ)

A complaint filed in Superior Court in Burlington County accuses the Kings Grant Maintenance Association of misappropriating more than $600,000 from one of the condominium associations in the Evesham neighborhood.  Last week, Medford attorney Paul Leodori filed an order to show cause on behalf of the Kings Mill at Kings Grant Condominium Association. The association represents the 82 housing units in Kings Mill, which is one of Kings Grant’s 12 neighborhoods in the southern end of the township.   Subscription required for full content……….
