Lawsuit alleges unfair trade practices by Mill Creek developer, Hargray Communications (SC)

The suit, filed March 8 in the Beaufort County Court of Common Pleas, centers around an agreement between the executive officers of the Mill Creek Homeowners Association, the officers’ employer and Mill Creek developer D.R. Horton, Inc., and Hargray that binds all of the neighborhood’s homeowners to the company’s telecommunications services for 10 years, regardless of whether they want or need them.    Read the article…………
