Leaky coolant line could be costly for condo owner

Question: I’m on the second floor of a four-story building. I have a leak in the coolant line that runs from my air conditioner to the roof. They have to open the wall to find the leak. If they can’t find it, they have to open the wall in the apartment above me, and possibly the apartment on the fourth floor. Whose responsibility is it to repair and paint the walls?     Read the Q&A…………….
