Buyers are legally owed FAQ documents when getting a condo

Question: Many years ago, when we did not employ a management company for our 90-unit association, my husband and I were active on the board of directors. Therefore, committees did the work, and our interview committee was required to include with the other pertinent information both a rules and regulations packet and an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) sheet.
