Lengthy Locke dispute nears an end (CA)

Martha Esch, owner of a small art gallery and an ice cream shop in the Delta hamlet of Locke, must turn her art gallery called “The Shack” over to the Locke Management Association for the same $21,000 price that she paid for it five years ago, despite having invested some $80,000 in property improvements, Sacramento County Superior Court Judge David Brown has tentatively ruled from the bench Wednesday.    Read the article……….
