Living with controversial new strata by-laws in NSW

IT’S a favourite summer activity — cranking up the barbecue and inviting friends around for a meal.  But under controversial new rules about what you can and, more importantly, can’t do if you live in an apartment in NSW, neighbours could put an end to your outdoor cook up.  The change is one of 90 new strata laws that came into affect on November 30 after more than five years of public consultation.    Read the article…………..
