Lockwood Folly couple files lawsuit against POA (NC)

A Lockwood Folly couple has taken legal action against the Lockwood Folly Property Owners Association and its board of directors, claiming a breach of association bylaws and its master declaration as well as certain state statutes.  Lockwood Folly residents Gary and Sarah Gimbert claim the Lockwood Folly POA failed to provide board of directors meeting minutes documenting the appointment of community standards committee (CSC) members as well as recommendations to notify the Gimberts about a violation and subsequent fines involving their home on Marsh View Drive.    Read the article……………..
