Lyons: Condo owner can’t take a side in this eviction dispute

Some people might assume I’m an easy sell when residents have a gripe about a condo board or homeowners association allegedly run amok.  I admit that I have enjoyed writing now and again about an HOA or condo board accused of being inanely zealous or heartless or rule obsessed — when the facts supported the accusation.  But I’m no pushover. There are lots of instances where I write nothing, because it seems to me a gripe presented to me doesn’t really hold much water.    Read the article………….
