Q. Does the purchase price of a condo determine the amount of monthly maintenance fees? I am thinking of buying a condo that is listed for $350,000. Would the monthly maintenance fees be based on the cost of the condo? In other words, if I were to purchase a more expensive condo would that mean my monthly maintenance fees would be more?
