The Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government has proposed for strata housing maintenance charges to be included in the assessment collected by the Local Authorities (PBT) to overcome the problem of overdue payments.   Its minister Tan Sri Noh Omar (pix) said the matter would be discussed with the local authorities, besides taking into consideration the views of state housing executive council committees nationwide.    Read the article…………….
