Man says elevator in building shut down, trapping him in downtown condo (IN)

Using the elevator in the building where Greg Bedan lives has been something of a gamble lately.  “It’s been touch and go absolutely,” said Baden. “You’re not even sure if it’s going to be working.”  That’s a real problem for the 45-year-old because he can’t use the stairs.
