Pool management company serving Loudoun communities hit with child labor violations (VA)

A Northern Virginia pool management company that provides everything from lifeguard services to repairs at as many as 25 pools in Loudoun and about 45 in the region has been cited by the state’s Department of Labor and Industry for 235 violations of the Child Labor Laws of Virginia.  Documents released through Freedom of Information Acts requests and obtained by the Times-Mirror reveal the labor department investigated at least five pools Crystal Aquatics served at Brambleton Community and Ashburn Farm associations. The investigation resulted in a total of $3,690 in fines against the company.     Read the article………….
