Marco (FL) votes to include condos in new rental rules

After months of flip-flopping on its votes, Marco Island City Council Monday voted to include condos in its short-term rental ordinance, despite massive opposition from condo owners.  Council voted 4-3, with councilors Victor Ríos, Bob Brown and Larry Honig against, to require property owners to pay to register rentals of 364 days or less and undergo fire inspections.     Read the article………..
