Maricopa HOA lawsuit dismissed in court (AZ)

A Pinal County judge has dismissed a defamation lawsuit filed by a Maricopa resident against her homeowners association.  Erin Meehan, a resident of Maricopa Meadows, filed a civil complaint last year, claiming she was harassed by the HOA board president.  In her complaint, Meehan accused board President Eric Schmidt of being publicly hostile toward her on Facebook starting in July 2015. She claims Schmidt would berate her on an online group of local homeowners.    Read the article……………
