Maryville man accused of flooding Knoxville building (TN)

A Maryville man was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, public intoxication and vandalism in downtown Knoxville.  According to police, 44-year-old Chadwick Carruthers was arrested after he was found early Saturday morning hiding in a fire escape at 602 S. Gay Street.  The Knoxville Fire Department was called to the scene at 1:25 a.m. for a vandalism and fire alarm. When firefighters arrived on scene, water was flowing from the tenth floor.    Read the article……………
