Get the Message Across: HOA Style

One of the biggest frustrations for HOA members is feeling they’re not being clearly communicated with by their board. While members do have some responsibility for being proactive when it comes to learning about community developments, it falls squarely on the board’s shoulders to provide timely updates that keep members informed about issues concerning them.  Communication is considered the heart and soul of any organization and an HOA is no exemption.
