Money could be available for repairs to local dams (WV)

The number of dams nationally that are classified as high-hazard potential dams has increased dramatically over the past couple of decades because of the aging of the nation’s infrastructure.  U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., is co-sponsoring a bill that would authorize $60 million each year for the next 10 years to help fix high-hazard dams that are deemed deficient.   Read the article……………
