As we have discussed in previous entries (see here and here), Bill 106 proposes to create a non-profit and self-financed tribunal known as the Condominium Authority Tribunal (“CAT”), to provide a more streamlined, quicker and less costly dispute resolution process for many common condominium-related issues.
