Napa (CA) man arrested over threats to deputies

Steven Wildhaber, 68, was arrested Friday morning, two days after he had told sheriff’s office staff that “it would not turn out well” if deputies attempted to serve an eviction notice on his home in Brookside, Capt. Steve Blower said.  Wildhaber has been involved in years of disputes and litigation with the homeowners association of the condo complex on the eastern side of the city, Blower said. The HOA had foreclosed on the unit over unpaid dues and asked the sheriff’s office to evict the man.    Read the article………
