Naples Estates residents have settlement offer in 16-year court battle

“The park owner has proven to be a worthy opponent and I fully expect that even with a favorable appeal, the park owner will use every resource available to prevent the HOA from purchasing the park,” Stanton wrote to homeowners, detailing the settlement and the pros and cons.   Stanton said the home owner association’s goal was to give the park’s nearly 250 residents an option to end years of litigation.      Read more……….
