Neighbor helps rescue couple from condo fire on Seabrook Island

The cause is under investigation, but Walz said fire officials are looking into conflicting reports that there had been “alternate means of cooking in the evening.”  Berkeley Electric Cooperative cut power to Seabrook Island on Friday ahead of Hurricane Matthew.
