One Franklin neighborhood is voicing its concern with the city’s development plans for its new sewage treatment plant.  The neighborhood of Chestnut Bend is next to the treatment plant near Franklin High School and Hillsboro Road, and on Friday, its homeowner association president along with Lystek International, a biosolid processing company, made its pitch for an alternative processing method.    Read the article……………….
