Neighbors share concerns about Forks Township group home (PA)

Residents and neighbors of Forks Township’s Chestnut Commons, a condominium development, rallied to oppose a group home for the disabled in their development.  The home, in a condo at 21 Chestnut Avenue, has been operating for several months but only Monday was slated to go before the Forks Township Zoning Hearing Board.
