Ni Fen sign removed by homeowner’s association: Bistro lawyer: We would like to avoid litigation

Ni Fen Bistro’s new sign was removed from the building in the midst of a dispute between the restaurant and the homeowner’s association.  The restaurant sits on the ground floor of the Beam Building, under several condominiums.
