Non-unit owner does not have right to attend condo board meeting

Q: I am an investor owner of a condominium unit. I rent my unit to my aunt and just learned she has been barred from attending board meetings on my behalf. The bylaws state I may designate a proxy to act on my behalf. Can she attend board meetings?   Read the Q&A………….
