Sex offender, HOA set to continue civil battle (OK)

In a petition filed in the Cleveland County Courthouse by Graham’s wife and mother-in-law in June, the two said they looked for a place in Norman where Graham could live and meet state restrictions. At the time, Graham’s move into the neighborhood was approved by his probation officer and the Norman Police Department.  “Graham never owned the house, his name isn’t on the mortgage or the real estate contract,” HOA attorney Blake Sonne said. “Two days before the new version of the statute took effect, Graham’s wife and mother-in-law filed a quitclaim deed.”    Read the article……………
