Oshtemo Township settles lawsuit with condo developer for $150,000 (MI)

Oshtemo Township will settle a lawsuit with local developer Van Kal Partnership LLC.  Van Kal alleged Oshtemo Township illegally denied a proposal to develop a 40-unit condominium project on a site owned by the company.
