Condo owners left holding the (trash) bag

The council chamber at Governor Simcoe Square was full again this week with condominium owners anxious to have Norfolk County collect their garbage.  A motion to extend curbside trash collection to condo owners died in a 4-4 vote Nov. 1. Port Rowan Coun. Noel Haydt was absent from that meeting but was present Tuesday night for a review of that decision.  A majority on council, however, could not be found to reverse last week’s verdict.
