Condo Q&A: Owners may have right to inspect emails (FL)

Q: Our new board has established an e-mail address to which only the board has a password. Residents can contact the board via that address with a question or comment, but only the board members can see it by using their password. Therefore, the remaining residents are not privy to either the question or the answer by the board. Is this legal?   Read the Q&A…………….
