Paralyzed subdivision in Sugar Grove (IL) sprouts weeds, not homes

More than eight years have passed, but the Settler’s Ridge subdivision in Sugar Grove still looks much as it did in 2007 when a builder’s financial stumble halted construction, with unfinished roads and hundreds of empty lots.  There’s been one visible change.    Read the article……….
